FERNO Vertical Rescue Stretcher (VRS)/ Traverse Rescue Stretcher (TRS)
The FERNO Rescue Stretcher features a compact, roll-up, and lightweight design, making it ideal for high-angle, confined space, and both horizontal and vertical rescue operations. Once deployed, the stretcher securely wraps around the patient and forms a rigid structure, providing stability while protecting the body and limbs from further injury during evacuation.
It is equipped with multiple carry handles and six lifting slings, offering flexible options for lifting and transport. The stretcher also includes an integrated, color-coded full-body restraint system with a padded head support, over-body straps, shoulder and groin straps, and a foot strap to enhance safety during vertical lifts.
When not in use, the TRS can be rolled up and stored in a durable Cordura® bag that can also be carried as a backpack. Military color options are also available.
VRS/TRS 6-Point Lift Bridle:
An optional lifting bridle is available for quicker and more efficient deployment. It includes six adjustable, color-coded arms for accurate positioning and is rated up to 25 kN for reliable lifting performance.
